My Story

I have started cooking at the age of 7, I always experimenting new dishes, as I was living in Pakistan and at that time nobody even imagine to make cream cakes and pizzas at home. I am talking about 90’s. but my passion of cooking make me brave and bold to try Chinese cooking and baking. I keep on experimenting and mostly got burnt cakes which were eaten by my younger brother sunny and he always loved to eat my burnt recipes. My parents never discouraged me by experimenting new recipes this positive behaviour from their side encouraged me more .

My passion grew more and more as I bought two recipe books: a famous CHINESE BOOK by chef SANJEEV KAPOOR, and the other by the renowned chef of Pakistan, Zubaida Tariq. I tried all the recipes of these two books and got very good results.

My love didn’t stop here. I got married, and luckily, my husband loved and appreciated my cooking skills. Whenever we arrange dinner and iftar parties, everybody loves and enjoys our food a lot, so they always request us to make more and more. First time I showcase my recipe in a food exhibition in Saudi Arabia. More than 20 nationalities were there, and my food items like Afghani pulao, butter chicken, and trifle. Everybody appreciated my recipe. I got compliments from a lady who has been to more than 30 countries and never tasted such a delicious pulao and butter chicken. from that time I started working on food business.
